As usual..3 weeks more! well..time really flew eh? lol
The pace in skills hot is not as rush in the past, better I guess. Most of the time is pretty slack..for some reasons..haha
Anyway, Chef Joyce said I was slow, shes right actually, I am pretty slow..just dunno why..always like to go blur blur..lol...I am trying to improve..hopefully..but somehow, I just dunno how to start. U can say, I am pretty clueless. So I somehow hide in stewarding..ended up being sort of 'ban' from there..lol
But tmr I hope I can learn more:) Pilal rice, here I come:)
Hmm, and ya, I was pick to give out invition to guests. I am attach to Ms Choi and give invitation to the management within TP..haha, while some of my friends will be attach with one HTM student and a lecturer to go out..hmm..I guess I prefer to stay in:)
Oh yes, the heartpounding sensation is still there. In fact, I realise that my heart cant stop pounding for quite a long time even after he left..I dunno y...just hope that it will stop one day....

Yo! 5 weeks down and 4 more to go! Next week will be at the hot kitchen, where I heard rather relax compare to the other kitchens...hmm...I shall see...
Hmm, where I should start? This week western kitchen not so bad after all, haha. I was the sous chef on the last day, but nothing major happen ba, abit slow I guess, lol. On Monday and Tuesday I was doing the duck confit, then wed and thurs do some veggy cutting stuff..lol
This week quite fun ba after all. lol.
Oh ya, today went to Chango new T3 for testing, quite fun actually, with fake passport and everything. Of course, we depart to 'Bejing' and came back..fast. lol. Then instead of going back to TP, I went to T2 instead to take 858 home, much easier..lol...
And today, some of them realise what is my weakness liao, I mean, I kinda quite easily pei seh, so when they call that person name, I will starts to freak out..after all, walls have ears, man...so embrassing but I had fun, I mean, you know, getting tease every now and then is good. Besides....contine this sentence yourself:P
Anyway, reflection of the week, as long as I do things with conscience, I simply need not to care what people really think. I mean, is hard to change views on u once it is set. I still believe through actions(good or bad) people will slowly change their view on u. I am not good with words, I tend to say the wrong thing. And I am not exactly a people's person many people think I may.
I will not remember the wrong people do to me, the misgiving, the bad talk or whatsoever. I shall remember the good thing. I will do my best to treat everyone the same. I will give kindess but whether they return, dun return or even backstab, I shall remain with a clear conscience, after all, whats the use of remember those bad things? It will remains in your heart and cause you sickness and in the end, you gain nothing as well.
I am after all. still human, so, it may not be ez but I will try. I am not perfect, people will still dislike me no matter how hard I try but as long as I live with a clear conscience, I know somewhere out there, there will be some1 who understand me.
Reading and watching guan yin's words has enlighten me quite a bit. I may not get the grasp the deep meaning in my life, but one thing I know, hatred will bring no happiness in your life, so, I shall start to begin to let go slowly, and take every challenges in life.
Just some insights of my view of life:)
So, I shall remain happy, look at the good side and just smile my way through in life.:))

Okay..weekend again! Loving it! One week down again and 5 weeks more to go! lol. I was in Western Kitchen this week, okay, lots of order all right, abit went confused but overall, its okay:)
Did cold kitchen for the first 3 days then seafood, comparing to the meat section, my seafood cannot compared to them, is like, my order at most one shot is 4 but theirs is 7..ya, very bz. Next week, my turn to be the meat and veg chef before the last day as the sou chef...argh! lol
Been rather distant to myself these past few days, is either I think too much or something esle but I know, things has change a lot. I will just prefer to remain quiet about it, oh well, time just goes like that.
Deadline for CP project next tuesdays! Shortbread cookies! Argh! Haven done anything much yet, like, waiting till the last min to chiong..lol...ya, pure lazy. But once thats over, is really till the baking and pastry test that I need to work extra hard le...lol
Today sub com meeting went well. Funny thing is, when I decided to postpone my event, people finally sign up, I was like.."..." If they sign up earlier, maybe I would not postpone it. Now, have to write email to them I am postponing it. This is the second and last time I shall do it, haiz. But nevertheless, today discussion on how to advertise went rather well and I hope more people will sign up*pray hard*lol
I tried hard to ignore it but the heartpounding sensation is still there. Stop it will it, I hate the fact I still feel this way.Maybe you guys notice but my last week post was not up due to someunknown reasons, I hope today will be up! Otherwise someone will complain its empty:P
Hehe, next week is both my cousin and godsis bday! Happy 14 Bday..lol, now, the family only left me and my bro this year bday haven over yet..hehe....waiting my 18 bday to pass. U know, ppl say, time seems to speed up once you hit 18, esp girls..dunno y but I will like to find out for myselfXD.

Hi! It is weekend again and it means one week down, 6 more to go! Nest up, Western kitchen!
OK, this past week, I had beem cooking chicken rice, branyi rice and tumeric cabbage...lol. Cook till I guess I no need to refer to receipe liao..lol..
Rather slack actually, maybe due to the fact that ppl are ordering more of western menu? lol, thats where I will be next week, Haiz, war time for me..lol.
Chef Derrick quite nice actually, very patient and well, funny at times('I'm the man)..lol, my time in Asian kitchen is rather much ez than baking and pastry but oh well, I love both kitchens chefs nevertheless..hehe
So today, met my new sub com members..wow, I then realise that most of the are from design but different courses..lol, gd choice? bd choice? All will be reveal in the future..lol
So thats all? oh well, tmr working(finally!) and hopefully, my 2 weeks in western kitchen will be fun:)
