OK, this past week, I had beem cooking chicken rice, branyi rice and tumeric cabbage...lol. Cook till I guess I no need to refer to receipe liao..lol..

Rather slack actually, maybe due to the fact that ppl are ordering more of western menu? lol, thats where I will be next week, Haiz, war time for me..lol.

Chef Derrick quite nice actually, very patient and well, funny at times('I'm the man)..lol, my time in Asian kitchen is rather much ez than baking and pastry but oh well, I love both kitchens chefs nevertheless..hehe

So today, met my new sub com members..wow, I then realise that most of the are from design but different courses..lol, gd choice? bd choice? All will be reveal in the future..lol

So thats all? oh well, tmr working(finally!) and hopefully, my 2 weeks in western kitchen will be fun:)
