Squall X Rinoa 4 Ever! Donated my first bag of blood today! Hehe, finally, I did something I always wanted to do since the beginning of he year! lol, feel goods, so briefly, here is how blood donation goes...

1. registered by filling the form. lots of yes or no questions
2. going for a brief health check. Weight myself and discover that...oh well. not going there:P
3. test for 'iron' in my blood, passed that since it sink to the blue colored liquid XD
4. Donated my blood! Hehe, the nurse said my vein a bit small so blood flow quite slow. Also, my blood is quite think which is not good at all. Advise to drink more water...hmm...I will...
5. refreshment! Milo and yakult at one go. haha. I dun feel anything though. Except that my left hand feels quite numb(even now)

Thats quite cover up. Only a little pain is involved but overall is okay. Need to excerise my arms more since my vein too small, haha. Going for next blood donation next March!

Oh ya, and finally, I get to know my blood type 2 weeks later. Hehe, one of thr reasons why I donate blood la, haha...
